MessageLabs is excited to announce the introduction of Self-Serve configuration for Email and Web IP
Addresses. We will be launching this functionality to ClientNet over the next quarter, providing a zero
touch IP change management process for all clients.
Given the many requests for more configuration control of their email and web security services,
the self-serve IP functionality will provide clients with the following capabilities within the
Configuration tab in ClientNet:
- Review and configuration of inbound and outbound email IP addresses
- Review and configuration of web gateway IP addresses
- Purchase of additional web gateway IP capacity
- Audit log of all changes to email and web IP addresses settings
